Our Mission
Our aim is to be responsive to the needs of each individual whilst providing a high quality standard of care. We do this by communicating and engaging with the individual as well as their support network, so that we tailor and develop our support plans together. At South Coast Support we believe in independence and assist the individuals in our care to develop their daily living skills to achieve what is important for them.
We build out teams around our values, we are a small organisation because we don’t want to conquer the world, we want to help you conquer yours.
Experienced
Collectively our team has over 140 years of experience in working in various care settings but chose to specialise in supported living. We pride ourselves on having a vast wealth of experience and expertise in supporting those with profound learning difficulties and challenging behaviours too, such as Autism, ADHD or PICA.
Caring
We believe that consistency and communications are key to maintaining a high standard of care and for the individual’s own wellbeing. As a small independent agency we are able to work closely with you and your family to make sure that we understand your needs and ensure the support we deliver remains consistent, focused and effective. It is easy to feel left out of the loop, so we always strive for openness and inclusivity.
